During his rookie year with the Denver Nuggets, Carmelo Anthony wore this version of the Air Jordan 2 as a Player Exclusive, featuring a white top with a color palette of Carolina Blue and Varsity Maize. The signature pair of Anthony featured his nickname ‘ MELO ‘ along the back collar, but there was ‘ NIKE ‘ on the back of the general release edition.
The Air Jordan 2 Retro ‘Chicago’ brings back the colorway true to form, including the box and hangtag.
